Beaches
Miami Playa is well known
for it’s beautiful beaches and sheltered bathing bays which, as they
stretch for over 12kms, do not become overcrowded, even at the height of
the summer season. Many of these beaches fly the European Union Blue Flag,
denoting good facilities and clean, clear water.
As well as swimming, surfing and sailing you have the possibility to go on long
beach treks to the harbour of Hospitalet, to the weekly market or to the nude
beach. (This beach can also be reached by car.)
